Natura Essentia Return Policy

Natura Essentia accepts all unopened products within 30 days of purchase. If you are not satisfied with a Natura Essentia purchase, please review our return, refund, and exchange policies. Products must be returned in new or gently used condition. Natura Essentia monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges.

Purchases

Purchases can be easily returned to our flagship store at 5900 NW 97th Ave Suite C22, Doral FL 33178. We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges if applicable unless the return was a result of our error. Please allow two weeks for your return to be processed if sent by mail. You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your return has been processed. Your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.

When you return your purchase within 30 days of purchase, if you pay with a credit or debit card, you will receive a full refund to your credit or debit card for the item's purchase price.

Return Procedures:

  • Contact us with your name and order number and let us know you’d like to make a return. Please be sure that you have read and understood our return policy before initiating your return. If you have any questions or need clarification, please note that in your returns inquiry.
  • Package your return item in the manufacturer's product box and Natura Essentia packaging (if possible).
  • Otherwise, pack your return in a well-padded envelope or box to prevent damage in transit.
  • Print the prepaid return label we sent to your e-mail and mail your return via United States Postal Service.
  • You will receive an e-mail confirmation when your return is processed.

It takes up to two weeks to process returns and issue a refund or an online store credit. Return shipments can be tracked with the tracking number on your return label and we will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. Please note that your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction. If you have any questions about your return, please contact our customer service team.

Gift Returns

If you are returning a gift from Natura Essentia and do not want the refund to go to the purchaser, please contact us to set-up the gift return. We will happily issue you a store credit for the full purchase price.

How long before my order ships?

Your order will typically be processed in 2-3 business days, for available products. For items that are currently backordered, a member of the Natura Essentia team will contact you. All backordered products will ship within 1-2 business days once it becomes available.

Which countries do you ship?

At this time, we only ship within the United States.

How can I track my package?

What happens if my order is damaged?

If you received an order that is damaged, please contact us at support@naturaessentiaus.com. One of our customer service representatives will reach out.
